Refunds & Store Credit

We believe in creating products worth keeping, not returning and when things don't go as planned, we'll work with you to make it right through store credit.

At Discover Unique, every product is created, curated, and shipped with care. As a small independent brand, we invest significant time and resources into bringing unique designs and limited-edition collections to life.

For this reason, all purchases made on our website are considered final, and we do not offer monetary refunds once an order has been placed and processed.

However, customer satisfaction remains important to us. If you experience a genuine issue with your order, such as receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with relevant photographs and order details.

Upon review, and at our sole discretion, we may issue a store credit coupon equivalent to the value of the affected item or order. This coupon can be used toward any future purchase on Discover Unique and will be subject to the terms communicated at the time of issuance.

Store credit coupons:

• Cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Cannot be transferred or resold.
• May have an expiration date.
• Can only be redeemed on purchases made through Discover Unique.
